Mental Health First Aid Training – April 22

As part of the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work Programme, we provide free Mental Health First Aid training. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. Delegates must complete 7 hours of individual online pre-course work (time estimate from MHFA) prior to the course. It is important that any delegate booked onto the course ensures that they can commit to completing the pre-learning, as well as attending Day 1 and Day 2 online. Please note, at this time each organisation can send up to a maximum of two delegates on the course.

How to book:

The course is delivered across two days:

Day 1: Wednesday 20th April 2022 9am-5pm at delivered online via video call (Microsoft Teams).

Day 2: Thursday 21st April 2022, 9am-5pm delivered online via video call (Microsoft Teams).
