As part of the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work Programme, we provide free Menopause Demystified training . The menopause transition can be hugely confusing for people. With so much conflicting information out there it can be thoroughly discombobulating trying to sift through the fiction and identify the fact.
This half-day session is for women approaching, going through, or out the other side of the menopause and anyone with an interest in the topic and is in three parts.
