How to book:

This free training is to help employees and employers better manage stress and build resilience in the workplace. We examine the impact of stress in the workplace and look at ways to reduce stress by recognising the signs and triggers, improving communication and new ways to look after your own mental health and wellbeing at home and at work.

No-shows and short notice drop outs will be liable to be charged the full cost of the course.

Please note, each organisation can send up to a maximum of two delegates on the course.
