Carer’s Week

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.

3 in 5 of us will become an unpaid carer at some point in our lives. In the workplace, they are working parents or employees looking after a family member, a friend or a neighbour who couldn’t manage without their help. Whilst many feel that caring is one of the most important things they do, it comes with a lot of challenges, especially when juggling it with work. During Carers Week, we are coming together to make caring Visible, Valued and Supported.
