World Sleep Day
March 17

World Sleep Day is a good opportunity to raise awareness of the impacts of good (and bad) sleep on health, and to discuss good sleep practices with your staff. Although everyone needs different amounts of sleep, around 4 in 10 people do not get enough sleep. Have a look at the campaign’s resources and posters that you could put up on your noticeboard at work: Resources | (worldsleepday.org)
