Stress Awareness Month
April 1 @ 8:00 am - April 30 @ 5:00 pm

April is Stress Awareness Month. Stress is one of the great public health challenges of our time. It’s a significant factor in mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, as well as in physical health problems like heart disease, compromised immune system, insomnia and digestive problems. In April encourage your staff to talk about stress and share the coping mechanisms that work for them.
Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 to raise awareness of the causes and cures for our modern-day stress epidemic. It is the time when we have an opportunity for an open conversation on the impact of stress.
