February is Heart Month, and all national heart diseases research charities such as the British Heart Foundation and Heart Research UK, run events throughout this month to support and promote heart health. This campaign aims to raise awareness about heart diseases, and encourages people to think about the choices they are making within their lifestyle to reduce the risk of developing heart and circulatory diseases. Good month to promote NHS Heath Checks.
