Delivered in partnership with Soundcastle, this nationally accredited full day course is dedicated to raising awareness of mental health, and in giving you the skills and knowledge you need to become a Mental Health First Aider. During the session, you will explore how to look after mental health and wellbeing, as well as develop the skills to start a supportive conversation and signpost a friend, colleague or community member in need towards the professional help they need.
